Business-minded technology, from planning to support.
My career started in product, e-commerce and digital operations, with professional work spanning websites, marketing and IT management. My more recent focus is on building and implementing business software using AI-assisted engineering, PHP/Laravel, CRM customization and API integrations.
I'm the owner of TimesOps, where I lead requirements, system design, testing, rollout, troubleshooting and ongoing improvements. I work with existing tools as well as custom modules, and distinguish working features from prototypes still under development.
